Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active php987 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations prohibit gambling by persons under 21 years old. php987 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal recreational use.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by php987 or any regulatory body with which php987 cooperates.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of php987 or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's existence.

php987 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued Philippine identification (PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with withdrawal of any outstanding balance subject to verification completion.

Account Obligations

Upon registering a php987 account, you accept the following obligations and responsibilities:

1. Security of Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php987 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. php987 will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
2. Immediate Reporting: You must notify php987 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any suspicious activity, or any breach of security relating to your account. Notification must be made through php987's official customer support channels.
3. Account Accuracy: You must ensure that all personal information associated with your php987 account remains accurate, complete, and current. Any change in your name, address, contact details, or payment method must be updated promptly and may require re-verification.
4. Personal Use Only: Your php987 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your account. Gambling on behalf of another person is also prohibited.
5. Compliance with Laws: You represent and warrant that your use of php987 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal for you under the laws of your jurisdiction before placing any bet.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the php987 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: php987 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your php987 account balance within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. php987 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and that has been verified as part of the KYC process. php987 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are detailed in the Cashier section. php987 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network issues.

• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• php987 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification for unverified accounts.
• php987 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The registered payment method must match the account holder's verified name.
• php987 reserves the right to recover any funds deposited through fraudulent, reversed, or disputed transactions, including any winnings generated from such funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees, where applicable, are published in the Cashier section and may be updated from time to time with notice to Players.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

php987 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms associated with each individual offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be satisfied before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players must read and understand these requirements before opting into any bonus.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer. php987 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in bonus cancellation.
4. Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period after which unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds will be automatically removed from the Player's account without further notice.
5. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates for different game categories are specified in the bonus terms for each promotion. Live casino games and sports bets may carry different contribution rates than slots.
6. Bonus Abuse: php987 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated bonus abuse among multiple accounts, and use of automated betting tools. php987 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is suspected.

Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the php987 platform operate according to the official rules published within each game's interface and the terms of the respective software provider. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• php987 games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment overseen by human dealers in professional studios. All game outcomes are independent of previous results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and in the applicable lobby. php987 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, the relevant game round will be voided and any stakes involved will be returned to the Player's account balance. php987 is not liable for any winnings that would have resulted from a round affected by a technical failure.
• Where a discrepancy exists between the game result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded in php987's server logs, the server record shall be the definitive and binding record of the game outcome.
• Bets placed cannot be altered or cancelled once confirmed, unless the specific game rules explicitly permit such actions (e.g., cash-out features in sports betting).
• php987 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was decided prior to the bet being accepted due to a system error or incorrect odds publication.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php987 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time
• Opening or operating multiple php987 accounts
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated means to place bets, exploit game vulnerabilities, or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner not permitted under these Terms
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any game or sporting event available on php987
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are forfeitable
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any conduct that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws or PAGCOR regulations
• Allowing or facilitating access to your php987 account by any third party, including through sharing login credentials
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by php987
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or harms other users or php987 staff members

Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game titles, and other materials available on the php987 platform ("Intellectual Property") are owned by php987 or licensed to php987 by third-party providers. This Intellectual Property is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php987 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any php987 content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the php987 platform
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks from php987 content
• Use php987 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner without prior written authorization

Any unauthorized use of php987's Intellectual Property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

php987 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the php987 platform
• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other economic loss resulting from platform access, game outcomes, or financial transactions
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any of its services
• Any third-party conduct, including unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any errors or omissions in game software provided by third-party providers

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, php987's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your php987 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

php987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player
• A reasonable security concern or suspected unauthorized account access
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction

In the event of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms by the Player, php987 reserves the right to confiscate the account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus credits. Where closure is for operational or regulatory reasons not attributable to Player breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of applicable verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their php987 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any outstanding verified balance will be paid out following standard verification procedures.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and php987 arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or any gaming activity on the platform, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

If direct negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable regulatory authority.

Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution process applicable to licensed online gaming operators.

Amendments to These Terms

php987 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
